In the Tokyo Olympics, the women's triple jump final, Venezuela's Yulimar Rojas won the gold medal with a new world record of 15 meters and 67 centimeters, 17 centimeters higher than the previous world record.
This is the first time in 26 years that the world record for this event has been set.
