On the 31st of the 9th day of the Tokyo Olympic Games, sailing was held in the 49er and 49er FX classes, and the final race of the qualifying was held, and neither pair could advance to the medal race in Japan.
Sailing takes place off the coast of Enoshima Yacht Harbor in Fujisawa City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Of these, in the 49er class where the final race of the qualifying was held, the pair of Ryo Takahashi and Ibuki Koizumi finished the final 12th race and finished 11th with a total of 108 points, a medal race in which the top 10 people in the qualifying compete. Did not reach just 4 points.
In the 49er FX class, the pair of Anna Yamazaki and Sena Takano finished in 18th place, and we couldn't advance to the medal race either.
In the fin class, Kazumasa Segawa finished 16th after the 8th race, and the pair of mixed foiling Nakura class Shibuki Iitsuka and Eri Hatayama finished 15th after the 9th race.
