At the Tokyo Olympics, the Japanese national football team practiced in Chiba prefecture for the quarter-final match against New Zealand on the 31st.

In the final round of the qualifying league held on the 28th, Japan defeated France 4-0 and decided to advance to the final tournament in 1st place in the group as 3 consecutive victories.

On the 31st, we practiced in Chiba prefecture from the evening on the 29th for the quarter-final match against New Zealand at Kashima Stadium in Kashima City, Ibaraki Prefecture.

The members who started in the game on the 28th tried to recover their condition by jogging, while the 10 players who did not play or had a short participation time had a menu such as mini-game style practice. I did it and sweated for about 2 hours.

Of these, defender Daiki Hashioka is expected to play instead, as Hiroki Sakai on the right side back has been suspended for the next match due to the accumulation of yellow cards.

In practice, I repeatedly inserted the cross ball from the right side to check the feeling of play.

Hashioka said, "New Zealand has a strong defense and I have the impression that I'm aiming for one at the counter. I have to be more careful than ever. I want to be well prepared and play the role I was given." I did.
