Skateboarding is an Olympic sport in Tokyo for the first time.

One who wishes the case was different is 21-year-old Ryusei Ouchi.

He has only five percent vision, but is still as often as he can in the ramps.

- I only do what I want to do.

I want to test one thing and the other.
