The Board of Directors of the Bow and Arrow Association has approved the foundations and plans for the technical preparation of the national teams according to a vision that extends over the current session until 2024, which is based on continuing to raise levels, support talent, and provide the best ways through joint efforts with clubs and centers of success partners, to reach the great ambitions of this sport. Salah Al Falasi, Head of the National Teams Committee, reviewed the agenda of the upcoming foreign tournaments, in which preparations will be made for the participation of the teams, at all Arab, regional, continental and international levels, through an integrated plan that is currently being implemented, extending to 2024, after contracting with the Latvian Elena, the new coach of our national teams. , which reviewed the main features of the upcoming technical preparations.

For his part, the Chairman of the Technical Committee Salem Al-Mannai presented the final report of the Emirates Cup for Arch and Arrow, which extended with success and wide participation during the last sports season, and formed the nucleus for the selection of the national teams, and based on which a plan for next season’s championships will be drawn up.

The Chairman of the Referees Committee, Hassan Al Mazrouei, reviewed what the committee had accomplished by following the federation’s strategic plan, which includes holding courses that would develop and refine all the elements of the game.
