The final of the summer national high school baseball Iwate tournament was held on the 24th, and Morioka University High School defeated Hanamaki Higashi High School 9-4, deciding to participate in the 11th summer Koshien for the first time in four years.

The final of the Iwate tournament was a match between Morioka University High School and Hanamaki Higashi High School, both of which have participated in the summer Koshien 10 times.



Morioka Daisuke took the lead in the first home run of No. 3 and Kyosuke Kaneko in five consecutive games, and added two more points to the first and second innings to make it 3-0.



On the other hand, Hanamaki Higashi returned 1 point in the home run in the 2nd inning, and then scored 2 points in the 4th inning to equalize and return the game to the start.



After that, 1 point was added to each other, and in the 8th inning, which was tied 4 to 4, Morioka Daisuke scored 5 points in a batter's round of onslaught from consecutive hits and decided the game, allowing the opponent to score even if defended. I won 9-4.



Morioka University's attachment is the 11th summer Koshien participation for the first time in 4 years.
