The UAE's participation in the 32nd Olympic Games, which will be hosted by the Japanese capital, Tokyo, will begin tomorrow, until August 8th. And it will be the starting kick in the journey of the UAE champions towards Olympic glory, through the star of the shooting team, Saif bin Fattis, in the skeet shooting. Bin Fetais continued his preparations during the past few days, and is now ready for the shooting challenge that will be held at Asaka Shooting Field, with the participation of 30 shooters competing in 5 rounds spread over two days with a total of 125 goals by 25 goals per round, which ends tomorrow, after the best 6 shooters qualified for the final stage according to their cumulative results. The Asaka Shooting Range is about 30 kilometers from the center of the Japanese capital, which is the same field that hosted the shooting competitions in the Tokyo Olympic Games in 1964.

On the other hand, the organizing committee distributed empty packages for athletes to conduct a daily Covid-19 examination through saliva, and the examination will be conducted for delegations residing outside the Olympic village every 4 days, and in the event of contact with the athletes, it will be conducted on a daily basis, provided that the positive cases are isolated outside the village.
