The youngest archers of the national archery team, Kim Je-deok and Ansan, gave South Korea their first gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics. 



Kim Je-deok and Ansan won the gold medal by defeating the Netherlands 5-3 in the final of the mixed archery match held at Yumenoshima Park Archery Field in Tokyo, Japan on the 24th.



The two athletes achieved a splendid achievement by being listed as the first gold medalists in the mixed archery event introduced for the first time in this Olympic Games.
