The public audiovisual group will broadcast the events live every day, from midnight to 4 p.m. (there is a 7 hour difference with Tokyo), on France 2 and France 3. A replay of the competitions of the day before will also be offered from 4 p.m. at 5.30 p.m. to viewers of the second French channel.

Also, France 4 will broadcast team sports during the day.

On digital, France Télévisions will broadcast all the events on its France TV Sport application.

To follow all the Olympic events, the private group Discovery will offer the competitions of the fortnight on its Eurosport 1 and 2 channels. In addition, the group will put seven additional channels into service to allow sports fans to follow the competition from their own. choice.

Eurosport 4K will broadcast major events in ultra very high definition, then the other channels will be dedicated to specific events: racket sports and golf on Eurosport 3, artistic sports on Eurosport 4, team sports on Eurosport 5, basketball on Eurosport 6, combat sports on Eurosport 7, handball on Eurosport 8 and finally volleyball on Eurosport 9. The opening ceremony scheduled for Friday at 1 p.m. French time will be broadcast simultaneously on France 2 and Eurosport 1.
