Maja Åskag has had a really good U20 European Championship.

On Friday, she crushed her personal best in three steps when she won at 14.05, 43 centimeters better than her previous personal best.

When it was time for long jump on Sunday night, she did not want to be worse.

After three really strong jumps, Åskag was able to take home the European Championship gold after jumping 6.80.

In the second round, the lead Maja Åskag took over a real super jump when she jumped 6.54, which meant a new personal best with 11 centimeters.

The wind stopped

In her third jump, the super talent pressed again when she jumped 6.60, but it was too much wind to be counted as a new personal record.

But she was not content there.

Just after the Spaniard Tessy Eboselle took over the lead in the fifth round with 6.63, Åskag struck again.

The 18-year-old jumped 6.76 but again set the wind to it.

If it had been counted, she would have broken Tilde Johansson's Swedish junior record (6.73).

But Åskag was not happy there either.

She finished even stronger with a final jump of 6.80.

Again the wind was too strong but Åskag was able to take home the gold by a good margin.

- What a jump she offers.

She is incomparable, says SVT's expert Alhaji Jeng.
