The tight balance 0-0 was finally broken by Kwon Chang-hoon's penalty goal in the 17th minute of the second half.
Prior to that, in the 13th minute of the second half, Lee Dong-jun, who rushed to the penalty area, fell during a match with a French player, and the video was read, which eventually led to the declaration of a penalty kick.
