Chinanews.com, Beijing, July 15th. On the 15th, the Chinese Football Association website released a report on the health index of China's provincial and municipal football development.

The report pointed out that according to the calculation of the indicator system, under the 100-point system, the total score of China's provincial and municipal football development health index in 2020 is 40.6 points, which is generally at a low level.

Among them, the four first-level indicators that reflect the overall development of Chinese football generally have low scores, all of which are less than 60 points.

The relatively high score is the site construction index, which is 47.2 points; the second is the organization construction index, which scores 44.2 points; the talent construction index is 44.1 points.

These three first-level indicators score above 40 points.

The construction index score of the competition is low, 30.6 points.

Among the 12 secondary indicators, the best performance was the site opening indicator with a score of 60.9 points, followed by the fund management indicator with a score of 60.5 points, and both indicators scored more than 60 points.

The three indicators that performed relatively poorly were policy system (27.5 points), professional team building (20.4 points) and women's football development (9.8 points), all of which scored less than 30 points.

The scores of other secondary indicators are concentrated between 30-50 points.

In addition, the calculation results show that, in general, the cities have achieved certain results in the construction of campus football and amateur football systems, but there is still insufficient work in the development of grassroots organizations, the introduction of regional football development plans, and the number of regional matches. There are deficiencies in the training of reserve talents and the construction of professional teams.

From the perspective of cities, there are 6 cities in the country with a population of more than 10 million, including Beijing, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Shanghai, Tianjin, and Chongqing.

Among them, Beijing has the highest score, with 76.4 points; Chongqing has a relatively low score, with 51.2 points.

Among the provinces (autonomous regions) participating in the ranking, Jiangsu Province scored the highest with 50.6 points; Gansu Province scored the lowest with 31 points.

A total of 12 provinces (autonomous regions) scored higher than the national average, and 12 provinces (autonomous regions) scored lower than the national average.
