England, who have failed to win Euro 2020, are likely to face a heap of disciplinary action for the hooligans who messed up the final.



The European Football Federation (UEFA) announced on its website that it had begun disciplinary proceedings against the English Football Association (FA) and the FA in relation to the riots in the finals.



The final between England and Italy, held at Wembley Stadium in London, England on the 12th, started with a hooligan riot and ended in riot.



Before the match, drunken hooligans vandalized property without a ticket, entered the stadium and broke into the crowd, and after England's penalty shootout loss was confirmed, violence by hooligans ensued throughout the city of London.



Even inside Wembley, the commotion continued.



During the match, a fan broke into the ground, and hooligans began to make a fuss when the national anthems of both teams were sung.



Some threw objects on the ground and set firecrackers on fire.



UEFA has decided to hold the FA accountable for negligence in managing the spectators for what happened inside the stadium and has launched an investigation.



UEFA fined the FA 30,000 euros and our money 40 million won for an English fan who shot a laser in the eye of a Danish goalkeeper in the semi-finals.



In regards to the final, it seems that a heavier punishment will be imposed.
