The Swedish longitude stars Frida Karlsson and William Poromaa show great summer form.

Frida Karlsson broke her own record on the Hallstatest by eight seconds and then the time was 8 minutes and 28 seconds.

On the men's side, the record was 30 years old, but now William Poromaa has beaten Dan Marsch.

"I am incredibly proud and happy that I can say that I am now the record holder with a time of 7.49!", He writes.
