The Russian Biathlon Union was allowed to return the logo in the colors of the Russian flag

Thus, the Russian biathlon team will be able to perform in the colors of the Russian flag at the summer world championship in Nove Mesto, which will be held from 25 to 29 August.

Recall that in December 2020, the IBU banned the RBU from using the logo at the World Championships for a period of two years against the backdrop of the decision of the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) on the restrictions imposed on Russian athletes in all sports at the Olympic Games and World Championships.

Earlier, the SBR named the composition of the Russian national team to prepare for the Olympic season.
