The love story between RC Strasbourg and Dimitri Liénard continues.

Arrived in 2013 while the Alsatian club was in National, the midfielder extended his contract on Monday until 2023. That is two more years for the one who came to the end of the lease this summer, announces the RCSA.

In eight seasons with Racing, the native of Belfort has played 217 games in all competitions, scoring 33 goals for 47 assists.

Racing and Dimitri Liénard have agreed to a 2⃣-year extension of the Strasbourg midfielder's contract.

Even last season, despite a weakened status at the start of the championship, he had been able to regain a starting place thanks to his fighting skills and his left paw.

The one that has already made Strasbourg fans dream so much, as on that evening of May 2018 when he offered victory and support to his people against Lyon.
