Milwaukee Bucks has qualified for the final of the Eastern Conference of the NBA in the night from Saturday to Sunday (Dutch time).

The 1971 NBA champion settled in a blistering decision game after extra time with the Brooklyn Nets.

Milwaukee defeated Brooklyn 115-111 to decide the best-of-seven series: 4-3.

Milwaukee will face the Philadelphia 76ers-Atlanta Hawks in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Also in that semi-final, the score is in balance after six matches (3-3).

The tie-breaker between Milwaukee and Brooklyn seemed to turn in Brooklyn's favor for a long time.

The two-time losing finalist of the NBA Finals led 53-47 halfway through.

That lead was given away in the third quarter, but Brooklyn still pulled out an extension through Kevin Durant (109-109).

In that extra time, Milwaukee was just a bit sharper.

The Eastern Conference final is also known as the semifinals of the NBA playoffs.

The winner of the Eastern Conference final will qualify for the NBA Finals and then face the winner of the Western Conference final.

The latter goes between Los Angeles Clippers and Phoenix Suns.

The final of the Eastern Conference starts in the night from Wednesday to Thursday (Dutch time).

The NBA Finals begin on July 8.
