Assigning Emirati referee teams to manage the matches of the Asian Champions and Arab Youth Cup

Today, the international elite refereeing team, led by Muhammad Abdullah Hassan (referee), Muhammad Ahmed Youssef (first assistant), and Hassan Al-Mahri (second assistant) will leave to participate in the management of the matches of the sixth and seventh groups in the 2021 AFC Champions League in the Thai capital, Bangkok, for the period from June 22 to Next July 12, commissioned by the Asian Football Confederation.


Also, the two international referees, Sultan Muhammad Saleh (referee of the court), and Ali Rashid Al-Nuaimi (first assistant) will leave today to participate in the management of the matches of the Arab Cup for U-20 youth teams in the Egyptian capital, Cairo, from June 20 to July 6 next.

Ahmed Yaqoub, the technical official for evaluators and lecturers in the referees department of the Football Association, will participate in his capacity as an evaluator for the matches of the tenth group matches in the AFC Cup, which will be hosted by Hong Kong, China, from 13 to 29 this month.

The elite international assistant referee, Ahmed Al Rashidi, was chosen among the referees for the matches of Group X of the AFC Champions League, which will be hosted by the Thai city of Porarium from June 24 to July 9.

The Referees Committee of the Football Association nominated the former international referee, Yaqoub Al Hammadi, a member of the committee, and the elite international assistant referee, Jassim Al Ali, to participate in the course for preparing referees’ lecturers from 20 to 22 this month, organized by the West Asian Football Association via remote visual communication technology.

The Asian Football Confederation assigned the elite international referee, Omar Al Ali, to manage the matches of the eighth and ninth groups of the AFC Champions League for the period from June 25 to July 11, in the Uzbek capital, Tashkent.
