Vivianne Miedema and Lieke Martens will make their appearance at the Orange Women on Tuesday for the friendly against Norway.
The duo starts in the base of national coach Sarina Wiegman, who has formed her strongest line-up for the duel in Enschede.
The 28-year-old Martens received a rest from Wiegman last Thursday in the lost friendly match against Italy (1-0), while striker Miedema was also missing from the match selection due to a minor injury.
They form the vanguard of the Orange Women against Norway with right winger Jill Roord.
With Sherida Spitse, Daniëlle van de Donk and Jackie Groenen, the familiar names are in midfield, while in defense Dominique Janssen is preferred over Merel van Dongen as left back.
It is striking that Sisca Folkertsma is again the right back.
The center is formed by Stefanie van der Gragt and Aniek Nouwen.
For national coach Wiegman, the friendly match against Norway is the last test case before the announcement of the Olympic selection.
The woman of choice will announce the eighteen names for the Games in Tokyo on Wednesday.
Seven players still have to drop out for that selection.
Four of them will travel to Japan as a reserve, but will not be part of the competition selection.
7,500 spectators are welcome at the duel in the Grolsch Veste in Enschede on Tuesday.
The game starts at 6 p.m. and is led by Spanish referee Ainara Acevedo Dudley.
