Lorena Wiebes has once again won a one-day race in Flanders.
The 22-year-old Mijdrechtse sprinted to victory in the Flanders Diamond Tour on Sunday.
After more than 136 kilometers to and from the Belgian Nijlen, Wiebes was ahead of the Italian Chiara Consonni (second) and her compatriot Amber van der Hulst (third).
Arianna Pruisscher (ninth) also finished in the top ten.
A week ago, Wiebes was also the strongest in Dwars door de Westhoek, also a one-day race in Flanders.
In total, Wiebes has now booked seven victories this year. Earlier this season, the Dutch road champion of 2019 won the Scheldeprijs, the prologue in the Festival Elsy Jacobs, the GP Eco-Struct and two stages in the Thüringen Ladies Tour.
