The English newspaper "Daily Star" revealed that the captain of the Danish national team Simon Keir was the real hero in the process of saving the life of his colleague Christian Eriksen, who suddenly fell without any contact with one of the players during his country's match with Finland, yesterday, Saturday, on the second day of the European Football Championship. Finland won by a clean goal.

The newspaper said that Keir rushed to Eriksen as soon as he fell and rose from his position to prevent his tongue from swallowing the moment he fainted, and then performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation for Eriksen, before the medical staff arrived, which gave his colleague.

The newspaper praised the position of the captain of the Danish national team in dealing with the rest of his colleagues until they check on Eriksen's condition and return to the course of the match when it resumed after an hour and a half of stopping it until the news of the player waking up from the coma.
