45 supervisors from Dubai clubs in a workshop to organize the work of administrators and trainers
The Dubai Sports Council organized a workshop via visual means entitled (Ways of social impact for supervisors in the behavior of administrators, coaches and players), in cooperation with the Community Development Authority in Dubai, which aims to develop supervisors and administrators in football clubs and companies in Dubai, and within the second phase of the Administrative Cadre Development Program Working in Dubai clubs and sports companies.
In a statement yesterday, the council said: “Dr.

The workshop witnessed the attendance of 45 supervisors from football clubs and companies in Dubai, in addition to 15 administrative bodies supervising Dubai police teams and teams. The workshop included introducing the concepts of informational social impact and normative social impact and methods Their impact on the behavior of administrators, coaches and players, with examples of applications for each of the two methods in leaving the positive impact and the desired change.
