According to the competition schedule, the first gold medal of the Beijing Winter Olympics will be produced at the National Cross-Country Ski Center of Zhangjiakou Division at 16:30 on February 5th, 2022.   On the first day of the competition, 6 gold medals will be produced in the Zhangjiakou Division and the Beijing Division.

The National Speed ​​Skating Stadium in the Beijing Division will produce the gold medal in the women's 3000-meter speed skating competition at about 18 o'clock that night.

  The Beijing Winter Olympics will be held from February 4 to February 20, 2022. There are 7 major events, 15 sub-events, and 109 minor events.

All competitions will be held in the 3 competition areas of Beijing, Yanqing and Zhangjiakou.

  Compared with the Pyeongchang Winter Olympics, the Beijing Winter Olympics has added 7 new events, namely: women's single snowmobile, short track speed skating mixed team relay, ski jumping mixed group, freestyle skiing aerials mixed group, and free Men’s ski jumping, freestyle skiing women’s jumping and snowboard obstacle chasing mixed groups.
