In December, she became the first woman to referee a match in the men's Champions League.
The main judge in the premiere is the Dutchman Danny Makkelie.
The 37-year-old Makkelie has previously, among other things, refereed the Europa League final between Sevilla and Inter last year.
With him on the pitch, he gets compatriots Hessel Steegstra and Jan de Vries as line judges in Friday's match.
The European Championship premiere between Italy and Turkey is part of Group A and is played at the Olympic Stadium in Rome.
