Yoshihiro Maru, a professional baseball giant with a batting average in the low 20% range, was canceled on the 5th.

Maru's batting hasn't improved since the start of this season, and in early April he was infected with the new coronavirus and left the team for a while.

Even after returning, he couldn't get out of the slump, and in 40 games so far, he had a batting average of 20%, 2 minutes and 7 home runs, and only 4 home runs.

Maru is 32 years old in his 14th year as a professional player.

An outfielder with all three beats of running, offense, and defense, he was selected as the MVP = Most Valuable Player in Hiroshima for the second consecutive year, and transferred to the giant three years ago during the off-season.

And until last year, he played an active part as a mainstay, hitting 27 home runs for the second consecutive year, and contributed to the consecutive championships in the Central League.
