A press statement from the Football Association said yesterday: “The medical bubble system will be applied to all delegations of the participating teams, qualifiers organizers, referees and stakeholders, from today until the end of the qualifiers, as everyone will be subject to periodic and continuous examinations, and the movement process will be limited from the delegations’ residence to Training stadiums and matches only, and this step comes within the Football Association’s keenness on the safety of members of the technical and administrative bodies, players for the national teams, the AFC delegation, referees, and all the organizers, especially since the experience witnessed a resounding success during Sharjah’s hosting of the second group matches of the AFC Champions League recently.

The Football Association has also allocated different work teams to follow up the application of the medical bubble system and the health protocol approved by the competent authorities in the country, in coordination with the Asian Confederation, which praised this step that contributes to the success of the qualifiers.

Abdullah Ramadan: The players are up to the challenge

The national team midfielder Abdullah Ramadan, who, along with his colleagues, contributed to crowning his team Al-Jazira with the Arab Gulf League shield, confirmed that Al-Abyad's preparations for the joint qualifying matches are going very well in all respects, and the general atmosphere surrounding the team bodes well.
