Ystad fell in the first European Cup final

In the European Cup final in handball, Ystad lost the first final meeting with AEK Athens.

In the Tasos Kampouris hall, in Chalkis, Greece, the Skåne team lost in front of 500 spectators.

After the first half, the Greeks led with four balls, and in the second half, Ystad managed to narrow the distance to two.

And the loss figures landed at 26-30.

The best goal scorer in Ystad was both Ludvig Hallbäck and Jonathan Svensson on six goals.

The return will be played on Sunday, also in the Tasos Kampouris hall.
