Summoning Manchester United and Arsenal players to the Tunisian national team

The coach of the Tunisian national football team, Munther Al-Kabeer, on Friday summoned the English Manchester United and Arsenal players Hannibal Al-Majbry and Omar Al-Raqiq to join the first team after they decided to play for him, according to what the local association announced Thursday.


The Tunisian Football Federation published the national squad that includes 29 players, including the two players who agreed to join earlier, in preparation for future matches.


Al-Majbri (18 years), who holds dual French and Tunisian nationalities, played for the French under-17 team, and in August 2019 he signed with Manchester United from Monaco, where he played one season.

As for the slave (20 years) who holds Dutch citizenship, he will be among the coach's plans in the "Carthage Eagles" defense line.

Tunisian Federation spokesman Qais Ragaz told AFP that Majbri’s decision to join the Tunisian national team came after "a conviction from him and his family."


And enter the "Carthage Eagles" in a training camp between 2 and 15 June next.


The Tunisian national team ended its fourth African Nations Cup campaign in the 2019 edition, and qualified for the next edition, which is expected in Cameroon in 2022.


Tunisia will meet the Congo friendly on the fifth of next June, before they face Algeria and Mali on the 11th and 15th of the same month, respectively.
