- This is what all players dream of - to score in match seven and to win match seven.

To also do it with a hat trick.

It is clearly a dream come true, says Janmark, who was transferred from Chicago to Vegas as late as April.

It took seven games to separate Vegas and Minnesota in the quarterfinals.

But in the end, Vegas was the winner - and that at home as well.

- The feeling in the locker room before was good, Minnesota is a good team but there was really no doubt that we would win this match, says Janmark.

Minnesota caught up with 0-3 in games

Vegas started the series by taking the lead 3-0, but Minnesota has fought back and managed to level the series to 3-3 before tonight's match.

In tonight's 6-2 victory, Vegas' Mattias Janmark scored both the first and last two goals of the match.

In between, the home team managed to get in three more pucks against the guests' only two.

- I did a couple of hat tricks at home in Sweden, but this is my first in the NHL, says Janmark who, unsurprisingly, was named the match's best player.

Vegas William Karlsson is listed for an assist, as is Minnesota's Joel Eriksson Ek.

In the quarter-final series, Vegas meets Colorado, the first match is played the night before Monday Swedish time.
