It is less than three weeks until Sweden's European Championship premiere against Spain in Seville.

Two of the debutants - Dejan Kulusevski and Alexander Isak - have been talked about and praised, not least for the work in their respective club teams.

Isak, who plays for Real Sociedad, has delivered big in the goal record and in the season-ending match against Osasuna historically became the leading Swedish goal scorer in La Liga with a total of 17 goals this season.

- It is clear that it gives self-confidence.

I scored three goals the first part of the season and 14 now on the second, it is clear that it helps more now than if I had scored 14 first and three others.

It feels like I'm in good shape and come here quite "fresh", says the national team striker.

Sometimes the pressure is too much

Dejan Kulusevski was immediately decisive with a goal and an assist for his Juventus in the final of the Coppa Italia, but the 21-year-old striker has got used to the pressure of playing at this level, even if it sometimes gets too much.

- You have to prove yourself every training and every match and you learn over time, says Kulusevski to SVT Sport.

How much do you expect from yourself?

- Incredibly much.

I put my soul into this sport and then you want to see the results.

I want perfection in every training session in every match and will be disappointed if I do not deliver it.

"We should have huge expectations of them"

Can it ever be too much?

- Yes, it absolutely can.

We are judged from all different directions and that is the sport we are doing so you have to learn to handle it and relax sometimes, the Juventus star continues.

- They have this cockiness in their game and do very well in training and we should have huge expectations of them.

We have not really had this type of player before, young people who play in big clubs, so I am full of expectation of what they will achieve, says.
