Today, the Swedish men's national team gathered in Båstad for the first camp before this summer's European Championship finals, which starts on 11 June.

A total of 17 players are in place and tomorrow another seven will join.

But some players will not join.

Martin Olsson and Filip Helander are two of the EC-selected players who will not participate in the camp.

Olsson has problems with a bet and Helander with a knee.

In addition, Ludwig Augustinsson has problems with a groin.

Augustinsson rehab on site in Båstad

Despite the fact that the championship is only three weeks away, the national team captain Janne Andersson is not worried that any of the injured players will miss the European Championships.

- With the information I now have about these players, I can not say that it is something I feel at the moment.

But there will be answers every day this week and I hope for positive answers, but we must take it day by day, says Janne Andersson at today's press conference.

Augustinsson will rehabilitate his groin together with the national team in Båstad.

- Ludde does not go straight into training but rehab all this week to begin with.

There is no damage that will put the European Championships in danger, says Andersson.

The European Championship against Spain starts on 14 June

Olsson has been on site in Båstad and examined his bet but then went back to Gothenburg again.

- It is correct that Martin was here.

I do not know what that investigation led to, I have not heard.

We get to see day by day how it develops.

Due to the injury problem, Andersson has called in defenders Pierre Bengtsson and Joakim Nilsson to the camp in Båstad, which ends with a match against Finland on Saturday.

- It'll be fun.

A match where we will go around on many players as it feels now, Andersson says.

Sweden starts the European Championship against Spain in Seville on 14 June.
