"I wanted to leave the club by leaving it in the Champions League. And this is not the case," said in a press conference the technician, whose future will be written far from the Rhône.

OL ended the season with a disappointing defeat against Nice (3-2), synonymous with 4th place in the standings, while the team aimed for a qualification in the Champions League next season.
