The eight practitioners presented today were as follows - canoeist Petter Menning, badminton player Felix Burestedt, tennis player Rebecca Peterson, sailors Olivia Bergström and Lovisa Karlsson - and table tennis trio Anton Källberg, Kristian Karlsson and Jon Persson.
At present, the Olympic team consists of 45 names, as well as teams in football, handball and equestrian sports.
- We believe that the squad will eventually contain over 140 names when the last Olympic qualifiers are completed at the end of June, says SOK's operations manager Peter Reinebo.
The next Olympic selection will take place on 26 May.
The Olympics will be inaugurated on July 23.
