Kim Yeon-kyung's official said on the 19th that "Kim Yeon-kyung has signed a contract with the Shanghai club in China."

Kim Yeon-kyung, who returned to Korea after 11 years of last year and showed off her unchanging skills, has been thinking about staying in Korea and entering overseas after the season ended.

Until recently, the love call of overseas clubs such as Italy and China continued, and we accepted the proposal from Shanghai, the'old team', who had experience leading the championship in the 2017-2018 season.

The terms of the contract are unknown, but as Kim Yeon-kyung is planning to return to Korea again, it is likely a one-year contract.

If Kim Yeon-kyung enters China on loan, he can return to Korea as a free agent after only playing one season.

However, with the new club Pepper Savings Bank wanting to recruit Kim Yeon-kyung, as Heungkuk Life Insurance, there is a possibility that Kim Yeon-kyung will be tied as a voluntary withdrawal player.

In that case, Kim Yeon-kyung must run one more season at Heungkuk Life Insurance in order to become a domestic free agent.

Kim Yeon-kyung, who is currently joining the national team, will participate in the Nations League, which will open next week, and will devote himself to preparing for the Tokyo Olympics.
