“We are talking about five major events.

The closest ones are EURO 2020, the FIFA Beach Soccer World Cup in Moscow and the Games of the CIS countries.

They are scheduled to be held in 2021, ”the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers said.

The allocation of funding for these purposes was approved at a government meeting on May 13.

In 2022, Russia will host the Volleyball World Cup and the Football Champions League final.

In addition, the XXXII World Summer Universiade will be held in Yekaterinburg in 2023.
