She crossed the dream limit of 57 seconds in the 100 meter butterfly for the first time during a secret test race in England.

- I feel that I have become very stable.

My times have been at 57 low and below.

My minimum level has become higher, says Louise Hansson.

A month ago, she did it for the first time in official contexts.

56.73 during the Swim Open in Eriksdalshallen is not just a new personal record.

It is a world time that makes her Europe's fastest woman in the distance this year and a given medal candidate at the European Championships.

- It would have been very cool, I do not have an individual medal in long distance than that, it would have been huge for me to be able to fight for one.

I'm not in top shape here, but I'm not completely run down either.

Already in January, Louise Hansson was taken out of the squad to Tokyo this summer.

This will be her second Olympics.

- I want to be with and swim fast and fight for the medals here, but the big goal is not exactly this week, but it is later this summer.

No matter how it goes now, it is still just a step in the direction of summer, she says.
