Swedish national team defender Linda Sembrant, who came to Juventus in 2019, thus took her third league title with the team.
Sembrant was not in the starting eleven but had to jump in.
Swede Lina Hurtig, who arrived at Juventus before the season, is injured and stood over.
Hurtig has accounted for seven goals and four assists during the season.
