Although the Tokyo Summer Olympics have not yet been decided, the Winter Olympics in Beijing 2022 are beginning to be held.

And biathlon star Hanna Öberg, who took individual gold in distance and relay silver in Pyeongchang 2018, gets the chance to defend her medals - today she was selected by SOK, the Swedish Olympic Committee.

- I have a very positive experience of the Olympics.

I have an Olympic gold and an Olympic silver at home in the prize cupboard.

It gives me good self-confidence, I already know that I will not leave my career without Olympic medals.

I've done it once, that means I can do it again.

But also that I can lower my shoulders and relax.

There are very many good athletes who go through an entire career without winning an Olympic medal, in that situation I will not end up.

It provides security, says Hanna Öberg at today's press conference.

"Take it a little as it comes"

Just like at last year's world championships in Antholz - where Öberg took bronze in mass start - the Olympic Games in Beijing are decided at a high altitude, 1,800 meters.

- I lean a lot towards the ground plan that Johannes (Lukas, the national team captain) and the coaches set up for the Olympics.

And it will be very important with where the high-altitude camp we will have this autumn, and I really hope it will be different from last year. It will be very important, I am completely convinced of that.

- You also have to take it a little as it comes, it is difficult to set an exact plan today which races I will run or not.

The Beijing Winter Olympics will be decided between the fourth and the 20th of February.
