Juventus beat Genoa and keep their hopes low for the title alive

Juventus won 3-1 at home to Genoa on Sunday, to preserve their meager hopes of winning the Serie A Italian football championship for the tenth time in a row.

Defending champion Diane Kulusevski and Alvaro Morata led the double in the first 22 minutes, as the Spanish striker watched Cristalno Ronaldo's shot off the post to put it in the net.

Juventus did not perform in a convincing manner recently and allowed Genoa to return to the match after four minutes of interval when Gianluca Skamacha narrowed the gap.

Genoa had a chance to equalize, but substitute Weston McKinney sealed the win for Juventus 20 minutes before the end.

Juventus raised their tally to 62 points from 30 games in third place, one point behind Milan and 12 points behind leaders Inter Milan.
