Spain hosted Kosovo at home in the World Cup qualifiers.

It took just over half an hour before Spain opened the scoring.

1-0 came through Daniel Olmo, who nicely screwed in his finish in the far corner.

2-0 came shortly thereafter.

Ferran Torres ran along the right wing when he got the ball.

Then he finished with a hard shot low in the far corner.

In the second half, Kosovo managed to reduce.

Spain's goalkeeper Unai Simon had embarked on a raid when he dropped the ball in a duel against Kosovo's Halimi near the halfway line.

The same player then lobbed the ball all over the Spanish defense and into goal.

The home team then bounced back and got 3-1 through Gerard Moreno.

It was also the end result and Spain now leads Sweden's World Cup qualifying group, however with one match more played.

The group's other two countries, Greece and Georgia, played a draw in their match.
