China News Service, March 25. According to the FIFA website, former FIFA President Blatter and former FIFA Secretary General Jerome Walker were awarded 6 more for violating the "FIFA Code of Ethics". A "foot-foot ban" in the year and eight months, and a fine of 1 million Swiss francs.

FIFA stated that Blatter and Walker have encountered multiple allegations, including payment of bonuses to senior officials of FIFA, various modifications and expansions of employment contracts, and Walker's reimbursement of private litigation costs in FIFA.

The additional "foot ban" will take effect after the current "foot ban" ends.

Blatter is currently banned from engaging in football-related activities before October 8, 2021, and Walker is currently banned from engaging in football-related activities before October 8, 2025.

Blatter was born in Valais, Switzerland. He was elected President of FIFA in 1998. He was under a criminal investigation by the Swiss government in 2015. He was ruled by a member of the FIFA Ethics Committee to abuse his power and was fined from participating in any football-related activities for 8 years.

But considering that Blatter has played a positive role in promoting the development of football during his tenure, the ban has been reduced from 8 years to 6 years.

However, FIFA’s new penalty means that Blatter will not be able to engage in football-related activities before October 2028.
