The All Japan Judo Federation was investigated by the All Japan Judo Federation's Compliance Committee around the fall of last year after receiving a report from an official of the Aichi Prefecture Judo Federation that "the chairman and other executives are improperly managed."



As a result, it was found that the Aichi Prefectural Federation was suspected of having unclear money, and in November last year, the committee compiled a draft business improvement request requesting a change of executive department and explanation of unclear money.



Based on the draft request, All Japan Judo Federation Chairman Yamashita verbally requested the Aichi Prefectural Federation Chairman Tsukio Kawahara to improve his business in January.



In response, Chairman Kawahara apologized and replied, "I will take it seriously."



Chairman Kawahara was suspended from membership registration by All Japan Judo Federation in September last year for ranting to the referee at the tournament, but at the time of the offer, Chairman Yamashita did not ask for a replacement of the executive department of the Aichi Prefectural Federation. about it.



Regarding the reason, Chairman Yamashita explained, "Although the prefectural federation is a member organization, it is an independent organization and I thought it would be a good idea to go directly into personnel affairs."
