AIK defeated Edsbyn 6-5 in yesterday's second semifinal.

Now Edsbyn has reported AIK player Alan Dzhusoev for an alleged spit fire in Joakim Swedish face.

- Dzhusoev spat in my face at the beginning of the match so I was completely gone.

I could not concentrate after that, I was shocked, said Joakim Svensk after the match to Bandypuls.

The report has been sent to the disciplinary committee (DN) and the video review group (VGG), which will now investigate the report.

- In these special times, only the suspicion that this has happened should lead to a conviction.

We think that mere suspicion is enough, says Edsbyn's sports director Stefan Karlsson to Sportbladet.

Can report to the police

If it were not for a verdict, Edsbyn would consider further action.

- We may have to consider reporting to the police or even refuse to play due to the risk of infection against AIK, says Stefan Karlsson.

AIK believes that it is not possible to determine what has happened in the images that exist of the incident.

- It is just impossible to see anything else, which makes it impossible to make a conviction for something that did not happen, says sports director Jonas Galotta.

- We have spoken with Dzhusoev who is very upset.

He asserts very firmly that it is, apart from insulting, completely untrue.

At AIK, we fully believe in our player.
