Nilsson was just over a minute and a half behind the Norwegian Emilie Ågheim Kalkenberg and the Russian Anastasia Jegorova, who shared the victory after riding 20.12.6 over 7.5 km.

The pattern was the same as it has been in recent weeks: fast riding time, but worse shooting.

She was third fastest in the track.

Nilsson says that she takes the ride with her, but that there were too many barriers for her to feel satisfied.

- My assessment is that it was not the wind, it was probably just bad shots, she says.

New sprint already on Saturday

Already on Saturday, there is a chance for revenge when it is time for another sprint.

- It's so much fun, I bring some good stuff and other stuff I would like revenge on two minutes later, she says.

The 27-year-old has at best been 21st in the sprint earlier in the IBU Cup.

The best Swede was Elisabeth Högberg in fifth place, and 21-year-old Ella Halvarsson took a nice tenth place.
