Luleå had a 10-2 goal difference after two matches in the semifinal series against Djurgården.

And even when the match series could be decided, they were the leading team.

But this time Luleå had a harder time finding nets.

And after Djurgården took the lead early in the match through Nicole Hall, it was Djurgården's 17-year-old goalkeeper Ida Boman who was in the center.

Boman played extremely confident in the goal and when she also got help from a good defensive game, Luleå had a hard time getting as many chances as they usually do, and after two periods the score was 0-1 despite 19-12 in shots on goal for Luleå.

- We have not played the hockey we want to play.

We are not happy, we are not.

Sometimes we flash and then we have to set our positions, says Luleå's Johanna Olofsson to SVT Sport in the second period break.

Missed open goal in the final minute

In the third period, it took a long time before Luleå's equalizer hunt started, and initially it was closer to 0-2 than 1-1.

But towards the end, the home team began to show why they won the basic series big and created good pressure against Djurgården and Boman.

With three minutes left, Luleå picked the goalkeeper.

Then came the match's best chance for Luleå.

Petra Nieminen found Emma Nordin at the far post who had a completely open goal, but who missed.

And instead, Djurgården could hold off and win 1-0.

- Not much to say, we were bad.

Everyone who watched the match saw it, says Luleå's Ronja Savolainen to SVT Sport.

Match hero Ida Boman was clearly taken when she was interviewed on SVT's broadcast after the match.

- After the match, I could barely stand up.

My legs are still shaking, she says.

Boman did not want to talk much about his own efforts but instead chose to highlight the collective.

- We have a fighting spirit.

I think we are doing very well this match.

Match four will be played tomorrow at 7.30 pm and will be broadcast on SVT2.
