The Egyptian Al-Ahly goalkeeper and former vice president of the Egyptian Football Association, Ahmed Schubert, published on his official Facebook page the message that the Egyptian Al-Ahly club sent to Barcelona, signed by the president of the Egyptian club Mahmoud Al-Khatib, saying: “Dear Mr. Joan Laporta, Congratulations on your return to the presidency of FC Barcelona and on the love and confidence you have received from everyone who belongs to this great club. We wish you in Al-Ahly of Egypt every success in the near future.
Joan Laporta had won the presidency of the ancient Spanish club in the recent elections after a period of instability at the Catalan club, and the message received many positive comments on the social networking sites of the Al-Ahly club.
