Figure skater Sotskova is prohibited from participating in coaching due to disqualification

As reported by RIA Novosti with reference to the words of a representative of the press service of RUSADA, in accordance with clause 12.14.1.

Of the All-Russian Anti-Doping Rules, an athlete in respect of whom a disqualification was applied is not entitled during the period of ineligibility to participate in any capacity in sports events or other activities related to sports.

It is noted that only anti-doping, educational or rehabilitation programs are not subject to the ban.

20-year-old Sotskova is a three-time silver medalist at the stages of the Grand Prix series, a silver medalist at the Grand Prix finals, and a silver and bronze medalist at the Russian Championship.

She was disqualified for ten years for violating three points of the anti-doping rule, including an attempt to cover up the fact of the violation.

Earlier it was reported that Sotskova divorced her husband after several months of marriage.
