Norwegian world cup leader in ski jumping, Halvor Egner Granerud has been infected with corona. - It is very sad, I still feel completely okay and have milder symptoms, Granerud says in a press release from the Norwegian Ski Association.
Granerud would have jumped in the qualifiers on Thursday, before the competition on a large hill in the WC.
Now it will not be so.
And with that, the World Cup is over for the Norwegian.
Granerud was part of the Norwegian mixed team that took silver earlier during this year's WC.
