Athletes considered that the so-called "negative cascades" impede the development and progress of sport, as it is a certain group that sometimes appears as a working group whose goal is the public interest, but sometimes works in secret for private interests, and seeks to fight the successful.

In an interview with Emirates Today, they said that its elimination is done through four methods, with the support of institutional work, the work team that works with sincerity and dedication, placing the right man in the right place, following the principle of transparency at work, and that the concerned official is approved in any party. A sports club, whether it is a union, a club, or a sports institution with assistants, or a work team that includes people who are known for their expertise, competence and integrity.

They emphasized that it is necessary to limit its role and not to give it the opportunity to enter the work system, whether within a sports federation, club or institution, because the presence of such waterfalls leads to disrupting the working wheel in any entity or institution.

Former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ittihad Kalba Club, Issa Al-Dhabhi, said, "In sport, the waterfalls seriously harm the game, as their goal is mostly the private interest."

He added: Sometimes you find a person occupying a position greater than him in sports, so they seek the help of some close people to run work matters, even though they have no experience in sports, and this negatively affects the decisions and directions of this official.

Al-Dhabhi stressed that "it is important to appoint the right man in the right place, so that the position gives him his right of respect and appreciation, whether he comes to him by election or appointment, and that anyone assuming any position in accordance with specific conditions."

Former member of the board of directors of the Football Association, Imran Abdullah, said that Al-Shalliya is everywhere, pointing out that some of them sometimes work in a positive way.

He said: In the past, the boards of directors were not the casualities that began to appear in recent periods. Rather, they were combined with a love for the entity in which they work, and work for the public interest rather than the private one.

He added: In every action, when the intentions are good and pure, the team leading the work will reach its goal, but if the intentions are unclean, they are undoubtedly destructive, so I wish anyone entrusted with the responsibility of the public interest in the first place.

"Unfortunately, this phenomenon exists, especially in the sports community, and its goal is to spoil the work atmosphere," said a member of the former FIFA board of directors, Dr. Salim Al Shamsi.

He added: It must be fought, by placing the right person in the right place, and by working sincerely.

And he considered that «the female caselets is difficult to get rid of easily,» indicating that they sometimes appear in the form of alliances, blocs, etc. It is counterproductive to sport.

Abdul-Malik: Sometimes we prefer friend over competencies because of "paralysis"

A member of the Board of Directors of Al-Ahly Youth Company, and the former Secretary of the Public Authority for Sports, Ibrahim Abdel-Malek, confirmed that "Al-Shalliya is present in every sector, especially the voluntary sector."

He told "Emirates Today": Sometimes we prefer friends over competencies because of paralysis, and sometimes it leads to the arrival of a group that does not have competence to occupy certain positions, while those with competencies are deprived.

He explained: Al-Shalalia is always based on relationships, not on competencies.

Abdul-Malik stressed that there must be an unequivocal belief in democracy that qualified people occupy the best positions.
