Arsenal booked a great 1-3 win at Leicester City on Sunday.

For Tottenham Hotspur there were also three points against Burnley: 4-0.

The London derby between Crystal Palace and Fulham yielded no hits: 0-0.

Arsenal was still close to the relegation zone earlier this season, but since Christmas the team of trainer Mikel Arteta has won seven of the twelve league games.

Leicester, as number three in the Premier League, could not stop the advance of 'The Gunners'.

Leicester took the lead in-house after six minutes thanks to Youri Tielemans, but Arsenal turned things around before halftime via David Luiz (header from a corner) and Alexandre Lacazette (penalty kick awarded by the VAR after hands by Wilfred Ndidi).

The French striker is therefore in tenth place on Arsenal's all-time top scorers list in the Premier League.

Lacazette equals Freddie Ljungberg and Emmanuel Adebayor with 46 hits.

Shortly after the break, Nicolas Pépé decided the game with a ticker, after which Arsenal hardly gave away any chances.

The Londoners overtake Leeds United and arch-rival Tottenham Hotspur to climb to ninth place in the rankings.

Tottenham way too strong for Burnley

Tottenham Hotspur had no problems at home against Burnley.

The team of the absent Steven Bergwijn was 4-0 too strong for the formation of the also absent Erik Pieters.

The home team had the game in the bag early on.

Via Gareth Bale it became 1-0 after two minutes and on a pass from Bale, striker Harry Kane took care of the 2-0 after fifteen minutes.

Lucas signed for the 3-0 in the 31st minute and a monster score seemed in the making, but Burnley was spared that.

Ten minutes after the break it was still 4-0 by Bale's second goal of the afternoon.

Derby with three Dutchmen without hits

The derby between Crystal Palace and Fulham did not result in a single attempt between the posts before half time.

After the break, Fulham - with Kenny Tete in the starting line - started, but the Crystal Palace of basic players Patrick van Aanholt and Jairo Riedewald remained standing: 0-0.

Fulham, which played 0-0 for the fifth time this season, is still in the relegation zone after the draw.

The gap on Newcastle United's safe seventeenth place is three points.

Later in the day, two more games will be played in England, including the top match between Chelsea and Manchester United (kick-off 5.30 p.m.).
